Phil graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University in 1997 with a double concentration in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. He taught Organizational Behavior at McGill University in 1995 as a course counselor in the internationally known O.B.C.C. program. He studied International Business and Management of Small Business for a month in Nancy (France) in the summer 1996 through an overseas program with McGill University.
